Check-in and check-out details are flexible and will be coordinated directly with the owner. Guests are encouraged to reach out to confirm arrival and departure times for a seamless experience.

• A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required at the time of booking to cover any potential damages.

• A non-refundable cleaning fee of $350 will also be charged to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each guest.

• The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of checkout, pending a property inspection. Any damage or violation of policies may result in deductions.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or on the property.

• Guests are responsible for proper use of all amenities, including the pool, jacuzzi, and mini-golf. Use is at your own risk.

• Umbrellas must be put down each time you leave or at night. Havasu can get very windy.

• No pets

• Per Section 9.30.050 of the Lake Havasu City Code of Ordinances, quiet hours are enforced during the following times:

  • 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Daily (maximum 45 decibels).

• Guests are asked to respect these guidelines to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighborhood.

• Maximum Occupancy: Rentals are limited to 2 persons per bedroom, a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Please check with the host if additional people plan to join. Additional costs will incur.

• No Parties: Hosting events or parties is strictly prohibited.
